Natalie Santucci is a board-certified nurse practitioner and the passionate founder of E&O Wellness, a practice deeply rooted in family and a commitment to exceptional patient care. Named after her two children, Ella and Otto, E&O Wellness represents Natalie’s devotion to both her family and her purpose in healthcare.

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado. With over 10 years of nursing experience—including 6 years in the emergency room and 4 years in primary care—she brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and a calm, confident presence to every patient interaction.

A firm believer in treating the whole person, Natalie is known for her compassionate, time-centered approach. At E&O Wellness, she ensures patients are truly heard, seen, and cared for—an experience that sets her practice apart from the rest.

In addition to comprehensive primary care, Natalie also provides aesthetic and regenerative services, including neurotoxin injections, hyaluronic acid fillers, microneedling, and PRP treatments for both cosmetic and orthopedic purposes—all personally administered with her expert touch.

Outside of her practice, Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, running, skiing, walking her beloved dog Moose, and cheering on her favorite sports teams: the Green Bay Packers, Manchester City, and the Colorado Avalanche.

In 2025, Natalie was honored as one of the Top Nurses in America and featured in Nurse Advisor Magazine. She also serves on the Thymic Carcinoma Board, where she has been an active contributor since 2022.With a deep-rooted passion for wellness and a mission to build genuine, lasting relationships with her patients, Natalie is proud to offer a space where care is personal and time is never rushed.
